適用範圍:
本政策適用於在JUSTGREEN mall購物的所有顧客。凡符合本政策條款的訂單均可享退款服務。
退款條件:
1. 產品問題:
產品有肉眼可見的質量問題(如破損、變質)。
收到的貨物數量,貨物本身與訂單不符。
2. 付款後取消訂單
如顧客在JUSTGREEN mall付款後要求取消訂單,在下午15:00pm前下的訂單,可以在當日下午15:00pm前取消訂單,如顧客在15:00pm後下的訂單,可以在次日15:00pm前取消訂單, 否則將視作接受訂單並繼續處理。
該訂單所得的優惠、贈品等亦會同時取消,不得再次使用。
3. 缺貨
如顧客在JUSTGREEN mall付款後被通知該訂單中部分產品缺貨,將與客人協商退回該缺貨產品的訂單款項。如該訂單中所有產品缺貨,將全額退款。
4.退款解釋以及決定權:
本公司享有退款解釋以及決定權,特殊情況下,由本公司酌情決定的退款。
退款流程:
1. 申請退款:
顧客需在收到貨物後7天內聯系客戶服務,提交退款申請,並提供相關證明(如JUSTGREENmall條形碼,產品照片/視頻、訂單號等)。
訂單未發出前的取消申請應盡快通過客戶服務渠道提出。
2. 審核與處理:
我們將在收到退款申請及相關證明後2個工作日內開始審核。
審核通過後,我們將在5個工作日內處理退款。
3. 退款方式:
所有退款將按原支付方式退還。
信用卡支付的訂單退款周期視銀行處理時間而定,大約為7-14個工作日。
其他支付方式的退款時間根據相應平台的規定進行處理。
退款金額:
由於產品質量問題導致的退款,在退還產品後,本公司會退還該產品全額,運費到付由本公司承擔,特殊情況除外。
由於訂單中因顧客全部購買的產品缺貨導致的配送問題,在與客人商量後,將退還客人在付款時的全部款項,含運費(若有)。
在您的訂單中如遇到部分產品缺貨,我們將在發貨前第一時間聯係您,並提供以下靈活的解決方案以適應您的需求:
a.部分退款:若您因部分貨品缺貨為原因決定不再需要缺貨的產品,我們將退回缺貨商品在您購買時的總款項,不包括相關運費(若有),其餘的產品照常發出。
b. 全額退款:若您因部分貨品缺貨為原因取消整張訂單,請參考上述退款條件“付款後取消訂單”中的說明,並與我們聯繫安排退款,我们将退回您希望取消的訂單的總款项,含运费(若有)。
(注: 顧客因不同付款方式而衍生之銀行、信用卡等手續費用,均與本网站及其所属公司無關。)
特別說明:
1. 質量問題退货运费:
如因產品質量問題導致的部分或全部退貨/退還產品,退貨運費完全由JUSTGREEN mall承擔 (需於指定物流服務商,並且需要客人集合成一個包裹進行退貨)。
2. 退款不適用情況:
超過申請期限的退款請求。
包裹已發貨。
已開封或部分使用的產品(質量問題除外,本公司有一切決定與解釋權)。
虛擬商品、特價商品或禮品卡的退款。

Refund Policy
Scope of Application:
This policy applies to all customers shopping at JUSTGREEN mall. Any orders that meet the terms of this policy are eligible for a refund.
Refund Conditions:
1. Product Issues:
Products have visible quality issues (such as damage, deterioration).
The quantity of goods received, or the goods themselves do not match the order.
2. Cancellation After Payment:
If customers request to cancel an order after payment at JUSTGREEN mall, orders placed before 3:00 PM can be canceled by 3:00 PM on the same day. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM, it can be canceled by 3:00 PM the following day, otherwise, it will be considered as accepting the order and will proceed.
Any promotions or gifts associated with the canceled order will also be canceled and cannot be reused.
3. Out of Stock:
If customers are informed after payment at JUSTGREEN mall that some products in the order are out of stock, we will consult with the customer to refund the amount for the out-of-stock products. If all products in an order are out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Interpretation and Decision Rights:
The company reserves the right of interpretation and decision on refunds. In special cases, refunds will be determined at the discretion of the company.
Refund Process:
Requesting a Refund:
Customers must contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods to submit a refund request and provide related proof (such as JUSTGREEN mall barcode, product photos/videos, order number, etc.).
Cancellation requests for orders not yet shipped should be promptly submitted through customer service channels.
Review and Processing:
We will begin the review within 2 business days after receiving the refund request and related proof.
Once the review is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Refund Methods:
All refunds will be made using the original payment method.
The refund cycle for orders paid by credit card depends on the bank's processing time, typically about 7-14 business days.
Refund timing for other payment methods will be processed according to the respective platform's regulations.
Refund Amount:
For refunds due to product quality issues, after returning the product, the company will refund the full amount of the product, and shipping costs to be paid will be borne by the company, except in special circumstances.
For delivery issues caused by all products in an order being out of stock, after consulting with the customer, we will refund the full amount paid at the time of purchase, including shipping costs (if any).
If you encounter partial product shortages in your order, we will contact you before shipment and offer the following flexible solutions to suit your needs:
Partial Refund: If you decide you no longer need the products that are out of stock, we will refund the total amount paid for the out-of-stock items, excluding any related shipping fees (if any), and the rest of the products will be shipped as usual.
Full Refund: If you decide to cancel the entire order due to partial products being out of stock, please refer to the above "Cancellation After Payment" conditions for instructions and contact us to arrange a refund. We will refund the total amount of the order you wish to cancel, including shipping costs (if any).
Special Note:
1. Quality Issue Return Shipping Costs:
If a return/refund of a product is due to quality issues, whether partial or total, the return shipping costs will be entirely borne by JUSTGREEN mall (must use a specified logistics service provider, and customers need to consolidate into one package for return).
2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable:
Refund requests that exceed the application deadline.
Packages that have already been shipped.
Products that have been opened or partially used (except for quality issues, the company reserves all decision and interpretation rights).
Refunds for virtual goods, discounted items, or gift cards.
