退換貨政策

在JUSTGREEN mall,我們致力於為顧客提供高品質的新鮮素食系列產品,確保您食的放心,食的安心。為應對特殊情況下的退換貨需求,請參考本政策。

非質量問題退換貨:

由於產品在儲存和運輸方面的特殊性,恕不接受由於非產品質量問題(如個人原因、訂錯產品、色差等)引起的退換貨申請。

質量問題退換貨:

如您發現所購產品存在質量問題(如包裝破損、食物變質等),請于收貨後7日內與我們的售後團隊在WhatsApp 儘快取得聯繫,並提供足夠的證據證明(如JUSTGREENmall條形碼,產品照片/視頻、订单号或具體詳細的問題描述等)。我們會對您的申請進行嚴謹評估,並于確認問題存在後,立即進行退換貨處理。

無法配送的包裹:

如訂單出貨後,嘗試配送但無人應答、拒收等导致的退回订单,我們會暫時保留貨品幫您暫存7日,7日後,您將失去對貨物的所有權,貨物款項恕不退還。

如第一次配送無人應答或拒收,我們将與顧客約定二次配送時間,您可以選擇門店自取,或者二次送遞,若再次配送依舊無人應答、拒收等导致的退回订单,訂單款項不會退回。

如需要兩次以上的配送,顧客需重新支付基於該筆訂單的運輸費用。具體運費請參考《物流政策》。








Return & Exchange Policy


At JUSTGREEN mall, we are committed to providing customers with high-quality, fresh vegetarian products to ensure you eat with peace of mind and assurance. Please refer to this policy for handling returns and exchanges under special circumstances.

Non-Quality Issue Returns and Exchanges: 

Due to the specific nature of storage and transportation of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from non-quality issues (such as personal reasons, ordering the wrong product, color discrepancies, etc.).

Quality Issue Returns and Exchanges: 

If you discover any quality issues with the products you have purchased (such as damaged packaging or spoiled food), please contact our after-sales team via WhatsApp as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt, and provide sufficient evidence to prove the issue (such as JUSTGREEN mall barcode, product photos/videos, order number, or a detailed description of the problem). We will conduct a rigorous assessment of your claim and, upon confirmation of the issue, proceed with the return or exchange immediately.

Undeliverable Packages: 

If an order is shipped and attempts to deliver fail due to no response, refusal, or other reasons leading to the order being returned, we will temporarily retain the goods for 7 days for safekeeping. After 7 days, you will forfeit ownership of the goods, and no refund for the goods will be issued.

If there is no response or if the delivery is refused on the first attempt, we will arrange a second delivery time with the customer. You can choose to pick up the items at the store or opt for a second delivery. If the second delivery attempt also fails due to no response or refusal, the order amount will not be refunded.

If more than two deliveries are needed, customers will need to pay additional shipping fees based on the order. Please refer to the "Logistics Policy" for specific shipping fees.
